Please register via email, in-store or call us at (907) 258-5648. We require payment in full at the time of registration in order to secure your place in class.
Out of respect for the instructor and fellow students, we ask that you arrive on time and please purchase supplies/materials prior to the start of class.
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 7 days advanced notice before the first class and you will receive store credit.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice are non-refundable.
We do not offer make-up classes or refunds/store credit for missed classes.

Unused and un-wound yarn with original labels and in original condition accompanied by the receipt may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 90 days of purchase. Yarns must be returned smoke & furry friend free. Sale & Special Order merchandise is not returnable.

All sales are final unless the needle is determined defective. If defective, we will happily exchange the item.

When a special order is placed we require a *non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering. A minimum of 2 skeins/balls are required to be purchased when placing a special order. Special order merchandise may not be returned.
*In the event that a yarn is no longer available, your deposit will be refunded.
