-registration:
Please register via email, in-store or call us at (907) 258-5648. We require payment in full at the time of registration in order to secure your place in class. Out of respect for the instructor and fellow students, we ask that you arrive on time and please purchase supplies/materials prior to the start of class. -cancellations: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 7 days advanced notice before the first class and you will receive store credit. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice are non-refundable. -missed classes: We do not offer make-up classes or refunds/store credit for missed classes. *All students & instructors are kindly asked to use yarn purchased from Far North Yarn Co. |
returns

-yarn:
Unused and un-wound yarn with original labels and in original condition accompanied by the receipt may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 90 days of purchase. Yarns must be returned smoke & furry friend free. Sale & Special Order merchandise is not returnable. -needles & notions: All sales are final unless the needle is determined defective. If defective, we will happily exchange the item. -books, patterns & magazines: All sales of these items are final. |
knitting help

-project questions / fixes:
We are always happy to help with "quick fixes" (5-10 minutes), if time allows. If more help is required we ask that you sign up for a Rescue Me class. |
special orders

-specially ordered merchandise
When a special order is placed we require a *non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering. A minimum of 2 skeins/balls are required to be purchased when placing a special order. Special order merchandise may not be returned.
*In the event that a yarn is no longer available, your deposit will be refunded. |
